Highlights: Photo Gallery - Large surplus auction of heavy equipment, vehicles and road equipment. The Washington Count Road Department has decided to lease their new road graders. In doing so they have are selling their current fleet. These graders are well maintained. Service records are available upon request. We will be selling 13 Road Graders. 9 of the Graders are 2011 John Deere Graders with very low hours. Open house date will be August 16th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

All bidders must register immediately upon entering the site. Everything will be sold according to Auctioneers Terms and Conditions. Payment in full is required by 08/21/2017 at 3:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. No pick-up of merchandise shall be made until items have been paid for. All payments may be made by cash, certified check, company check with a bank letter of authorization guaranteeing irrevocable payment to Block Auction, or major credit card. There will be a 5% convenience fee charged for all credit card usage.
International Buyers - a 25% deposit of your expected purchases must be received no less than 24hrs. prior to auction.
A 13% Buyer`s Premium will apply for ALL Sales online. Onsite Buyer's will charged a 10% Buyer's Premium. All sales are final, on an "As is", "Where is", In Place, "With all faults" basis with no conditions or warranties, whether expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties or conditions as to title, description, fitness for purpose, quantity, merchantability, state conditions, location or otherwise.
