Please pickup your items during the scheduled time and date. All items in this sale are subject to approval by the seller. If you are the successful bidder of an item or items totaling over $1,000, payment must be made by either cash, cashier's check or wire transfer prior to taking possession of the item or items. Items that would normally require a title I.e. cars, trucks, motorcycles or trailers will either come with a title free and clear of liens or paperwork for you to receive a title free and clear of all liens. If you require a title to be FedExed to you, we will charge a $25 fee for the expense. WE NO LONGER MAIL TITLES VIA USPS.
Items will need to be picked up during scheduled times. If you need shipping, please contact auction company @ 479-790-5513 or 479-502-8090. Items that are not picked up on scheduled pick up times will be deemed to be forfeited and your credit card will be charged for said items.

Any debt collection or dispute proceeding will be heard in Washington County, Arkansas.
