Lots 1-5 are located at 2773 W Henri de Tonti Blvd, Tontitown, AR and must be picked up by appointment only.

In-Person Preview: Thursday, November 19, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

All items are offered through online bidding. Please review individual lot descriptions, photographs, and auction terms before placing your bids.

YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder.

10% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases. 

5% Convenience Fee will be added to all credit card purchases.

Credit Cards will be automatically processed if you do not pick up on the first scheduled day of pick up.

Please note that we must charge sales tax on new unused merchandise.

Please pickup your items during the scheduled time and date.  All items in this sale are subject to approval by the seller. If you are the successful bidder of an item or items totaling over $1,000, payment must be made by either cash, cashier's check or wire transfer prior to taking possession of the item or items. Items that would normally require a title I.e. cars, trucks, motorcycles or trailers will either come with a title free and clear of liens or paperwork for you to receive a title free and clear of all liens. If you require a title to be FedExed to you, we will charge a $25 fee for the expense.  

Items will need to be picked up during scheduled times. If you need shipping, please contact auction company @ 479-790-5513 or 479-361-9700. Items that are not picked up on scheduled pick up times will be deemed to be forfeited and your credit card will be charged for said items.

By registering to bid you giving our auction company permission to text you about sales we are conducting.

No returns: All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or adjustments.  Your are responible for doing your own due diligance prior to bidding.  We offer open house on the day of the auction for in person inspection, you are strongly encouraged to attend.

Our Internet on-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email.

Any debt collection or dispute proceeding will be heard in Washington County, Arkansas.

All Sales Are Final. Your bid is a Contract to Buy should you win.
